INTERIOR:
Upon entering Casa Riviera, you are greeted by a spacious formal lounge room, highlighted with unique antique artifacts. As you move into the kitchen, you will be welcomed with its large open space that has a direct view of the Intracoastal. To the left, is a large dining room area with seating for six (6). The living room offers a spacious L shaped couch for more than enough room for the whole family. Next to the living room, is a unique styled business or game table that offers picturesque views of the pool and Intracoastal waterway.
EXTERIOR:
The true appeal to Casa Riviera lies, undeniably, in the outdoor pool area. Both spacious and private, the setting is truly magnificent. The patio provides dining table seating for six (6) and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. When the family is ready to pack up the beach chairs, Casa Riviera is under 1/2 miles from the beach. Optionally-heated pool-* Optional pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $35/day plus tax with a duration of your stay minimum
