The granite kitchen overlooks both the living and dining areas and is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. Simply bring food and beverages. The living area offers a leather sectional sofa, coffee table and 47" plasma television. The dining table offers seating for six and there are four additional chairs at the granite breakfast counter.
The master suite is spacious (not to mention extremely private) and offers a king size bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a plasma television. The master bathroom has undergone a complete renovation and offers a fantastic custom walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a plasma television. The second full size bathroom, which has undergone a complete renovation, is located outside bedroom two. Bedroom three is spacious and offers two (2) queen size beds (one nightstand for each bed) a full size dresser and a plasma television. Bedroom three also offers two full size sliding glass doors which lead to the rear yard and private pool area. Bedroom four offers two day beds, each of which converts to a full size bed. Like bedroom three, bedroom four offers two full size sliding glass doors which lead to the rear yard and private pool area.
The spacious rear yard is completely fenced in and offers a tremendous amount of privacy. The rear yard is equipped with a large private pool, an outdoor patio dining table & chairs and poolside lounge chairs. There is also a bbq grill.

The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, cable television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available.
