Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 7 nights required during standard rental dates.

All currencies are shown in USD.

25% of total rental cost + $250 exit cleaning fee + $99 reservation fee+ any additional added services ie. high chair, is required to reserve.
Balance of 75% + total tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Coverage (Pre-Authorized Credit Card Hold): Renter must provide a signed $400.00 pre-authorized credit card hold form. The authorized credit card hold form will be included with the payment instructions. The authorized credit card hold will be processed seven (7) days prior to the renters arrival. The funds will be held for a period of thirty (30) days and will be accessed in the event there is damage to the property. We will not include this amount in the total charges since it is not an actual charge.
Non-refundable Pet payment is due upon pet approval (inquire for details)
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
25% refund will be issued for cancellations made outside the 60 days.
Check-In time is 4:00 PM and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM
